Far too gorgeous Keep Cups to be used only as keep cups … the White Linen cup has a lovely glossy textured feel and Raw Earth has the beautiful feel of raw pottery in the hands with the smooth rim for very comfortable drinking. The fluid flows easily through the hole in the lid with no leaking from cap edge.
The White Linen cup arrived with the delicate lid tab broken, despite the great packaging, and after emailing a photo through, a replacement cup arrived within 4-5 days … this morning enjoyed a lovely cacao (pinch of salt and black pepper, honey) in the Raw Earth cup and it was fabulous.. the cup was heated with boiling water first (the cups have a small rubber stopper in the base so was wary of heating it up in a microwave.. just noticed it says microwave proof on site 😀 Great) and it was lovely and warm in my hands and the cacao remained hot despite the chilly 13deg morning in SEQ .. I thought chilly mornings had been banned from SEQ however they continue 😄…
I see now after ordering 😃 that the physical size of the cup is on House-Warming’s site however I missed that and looked at the ml capacity so was expecting a slightly smaller cup. My good, as now I’ve located the cup holder sections in the doors of the car and got to change my plan to put both cups in the glovebox 😀…
